On June 30, SG University launched a new series of courses on Actions.
Actions are a powerful component of a survey because they allow a survey response to trigger some kind of task, whether to send a reply saying thank you, or to display a results chart. These tasks are typically performed behind the scenes without the survey respondent being aware of it. There are some though, that are displayed to the survey respondent, such as Results Chart, Quiz Score, Section Navigator, and more.
The SG University Actions Program includes nine courses to help you understand how to build actions, how they work, and most importantly, how to creatively implement actions in projects to help automate responses, processes, and workflows.
