Surveys are all about asking questions and getting answers. But without a clear view of all the surveys you’re running and answers you’re collecting, you can be left in the dark in regards to the health of your survey practice as a whole. That changes today.
Say hello to all-new Survey Metrics – a new way for you to see the survey and response metrics that matter without leaving your Alchemer home base.
With this exciting new update, you can now see a rollup of key high-level metrics related to your surveys and responses within your Projects Page. That means that, at a glance, you can understand how many surveys you have created and how many are currently collecting responses, as well as your total year-to-date response count and more.
But that’s not the only exciting update we’ve made to metrics related to your survey projects.
This exciting update is Phase 3 in our ongoing efforts to provide greater data transparency to our customers. Alchemer believes in progressing toward data transparency, putting the metrics that matter at your fingertips. That’s why we’ve now enriched your Survey List download with even more details on response metrics. Now included in your Survey List download (which Account Administrators can find on the Projects Page) are counts for how many complete, partial, quarantined, and disqualified responses are associated with each of your surveys.
Finally, as an additional enhancement to our recent new Shared Report Security features, our team has rolled out updates to Shared Report Scheduling.
These updates make scheduling recurring reports easier, faster, and more flexible.
You can now schedule reports to send daily, weekly, monthly, or annually with greater customization in duration periods, send day, and more.
