The team at Alchemer is excited to announce new features that reflect our continued commitment to providing transparency in survey data.
We believe in progressing toward data transparency, putting the metrics that matter at our customers’ fingertips. That’s why we’ve now enriched the Survey List download with even more details on response metrics. Now included in the Survey List download (which Account Administrators can find on the Projects Page) are counts for how many complete, partial, quarantined, and disqualified responses are associated with each of your surveys.

As an additional enhancement to our recent new Shared Report security features, our team has rolled out updates to Shared Report scheduling.
In order to make informed decisions, business stakeholders need to have access to the full story of their feedback data. Otherwise, they may be making decisions without specific, critical context.
That is why the team at Alchemer is now empowering customers with features to make scheduling recurring reports easier, faster, and more flexible – so that their stakeholders can get a regular pulse check on the data coming in through surveys.
You can now schedule reports to send daily, weekly, monthly, or annually with greater customization in duration periods, send day, and more.
